What a gem! The rooms were very affordable and absolutely gorgeous. Love the vibrant boutique feel. The poke bowl was one of the best I've ever had and there was a charger for my electric car right in front of the building. Could not recommend this place enough.

I loved to stay at this hotel. The design is on top and service is one of the best you can get at any hotel. Stuff are so friendly. Special thanks to Amais who was so helpful and also got us a ride to the station. The amazing part was è-bicycles that you can get at the hotel for free and enjoy Heidelberg the way more. Just thank you for amazing stay!

A very new, clean and modern hotel. The front desk speaks English and staff are friendly. The room is very new, clean and comfortable. Black-out blinds gave me a night of fantastic sleep after a long day traveling. Water pressure of the shower is super strong. Breakfast is delicious - nothing fancy though (scrambled eggs are the only hot food but they are better than other hotels I stayed). There is no amenity or mini fridge in the room but it doesn’t concern me. There is aircon.

A modern hotel with a realy nice and cool atmosphere. The staff is really friendly making sure that you feel comfortable. The breakfast buffet is really worth its money. The bread, cold meat, cheese, yoghurt, porridge, tea, coffee and scrambled eggs is really high quality. I really recommend you to try the poke bowls they serve as lunch and/or dinner. They are really good and worth a visit if you want to have something to eat. The bar range is also really nice.

The distance from the city centre can in my opinion be overlooked based on this. There are really good public transport options really close by.

Beautiful room, great price and amazing service. No free parking which was a slight annoyance but with the price completely reasonable.

One piece of feedback, providing drinking water/ cups to fill in the rooms would be greatly appreciated.

People at the welcome desk are nice and speak English. The hotel is clean, new and very well decorated. For the price we were totally satisfied and we highly recommend it. We didn't eat the breakfast there because it is so expensive ... but it looks very good anyway ???? Inside the room, the staff really thought about details like turn on the heater in the bathroom for example. We missed the coffee and tea on the room ... but for the price we couldn't be mad for this

We stayed in this hotel for two night and we feel really bad and humiliated when staying here :(

First of all, the staff here is VERY RUDE, I mean, VERY RUDE. We were just asking whether it is possible to get pairs of slippers to wear in the room. And the staff (Her name is CHRISTINE, if I am not mistaken. The one who took her turn on 16th in the evening) just told me, OH WE ARE A BUDGET HOTEL, WE DON'T PROVIDE IT. Excuse me???????? I mean we paid 60EUR a night, it is not expensive, but WE EXPECT BASIC RESPECT. If you don't have a slipper, please just say you don't have it, we don't need to be reminded that because we didn't throw hundreds of EUR a night there, we don't deserve slippers that costs few tens of cents. I TOOK MY HOLIDAY HERE NOT FOR GETTING HUMILIATED AND INSULTED!!!!

Secondly, we came across a cleaning lady of this hotel, three times. Every time we saw her, she coughs really a lot. I don't want to comment too much on this issue but now it is a sensitive time.

Third of all, the breakfast is really out of value. 13EUR for few Müsli variations, few breads and very limited choice of meat and cheese, no fruit at all. I believe that they could have do better.

Lastly, I really don't like their way of cutting off budget under the name of saving the environment. Okay I understand our planet is in danger and we should do more to the environment, but please don't do that at the sacrifice of providing BASIC equipment. For instance, there is no 1/5 bottle of Shampoo provided, only showering gel, which is exactly the SAME with hand sanitizer. Also, no tooth brush and tooth paste provided.
