Amazing food. Friendly people. Only downside is you need to order up and then sit while food is being served to you. LOVE THE FOOD. i would rate the Chef the service of bringing food to table as 5/5

The food is really excellent and abundant: you queue up and order at the counter, which is also for takeaway, and the staff will take it to you in a nicely decorated room if you choose to eat there. Unluckily after queuing up again we were refused a dessert because of the crowd and had to leave unsatisfied.

Second time eating out in Heidelberg and we chose this restaurant. Best decision!
The staff were friendly, the food extraordinarily tasty and the ambiente comfortable. The prices are comparably low for the high quality food they serve.
Defenitely will come back.

We had the pad Thai duck, and the Penang curry with pork. Both were ample servings with fresh ingredients, and a spice level that was tasty but not hot. Go in the left side to order, then sit in the right side dining room to wait for the food. It arrived in 10 minutes.

Food was ok,portion is good,sitting inside was rather warm,I however detested how the old lady at the counter behaved when we asked for to go packaging,she told us, she doesn't pack the leftover food and we must pack it ourselves in quite a rude tone of voice,also she wanted to charge us for the miserable wooden fork?? Like are you for real lady? I know you need to make profit but charging for a basic wooden fork is just too much!

Food is average. Nothing special, as with most restaurants in Europe, the spice is mild or hardly there. The atmosphere is comfortable and cozy. It would be a good place to bring a date. If you don't mind that there's a billiards table and slot machines next to you.

The service is strange. It's like a weird combination of self-service. First, you order at the window and find a seat and at some point, your food will arrive. Pick up utensils yourself and get down to business. At other fast food restaurants, you pay for your meal. You get your meal, you sit down. This place, the guy is just walking around trying to figure out who ordered what. The amount of plates that were put down infront of us that didn't belong to us... It just doesn't seem very efficient.
