Allerdings kann man NICHT mit Bargeld zahlen. Das Konzept ist sehr schlecht, da man sich erst mit seinen Daten registrieren muss und die erste Zahlung NUR mit Kreditkarte und PayPal geht. Eurer Zahlungskonzept ist alles andere als modern, gut durchdacht und Kundenfreundlich. Man braucht ein Smartphone mit Akku, Kreditkarte/PayPal und ganz viel Nerven.

Die kleine Freiheit hat mir ganz gut gefallen. Das Gelände ist schön angelegt und das Konzept mit den DJs draußen ist super. Laut meiner Begleitung waren die Toiletten leider nur Dixiklos, die nicht besonders sauber waren. Hier gäbe es Verbesserungsbedarf.
Die Handhabung mit der Tischreservierung und den 3Gs finde ich in Ordnung, auch das es einen Mindestverzehr gibt. Allerdings finde ich es nicht gut, dass der Mindestverzehr bei wetterbedingter Absage nur dem Kundenkonto gutgeschrieben und nicht zurück gezahlt wird. Da meist einer für mehrere Personen die Tischreservierung macht und somit in Vorkasse gehen muss.
Das könnte evtl auch noch überarbeitet werden.
Ansonsten war das Halleteam an der Theke super freundlich wie immer und unser Besuch hat eine Menge Spaß gemacht.
