We enjoyed a wonderful dinner last night at Sudpfanne and would highly recommend it to anyone. Maria, our waitress was friendly and helpful with explaining the menu and the area. All four of us enjoyed different items from the menu and the food was excellent. We sat outside in their lovely beer garden. Enjoy!!!

We sat outside to enjoy the nice cool weather and warm sun. Our attendant was prompt, friendly, and spoke English! I didn't have to use my Timekettle translator ear buds!

Ordered a rose to go with my schnitzel, which I forget what it was called... Hol... something and was served with fried potatoes. It was all very delicious!

Amazing place. When we arrive, we ordered a schitzel and the attendant said it would take some time. Well, it took only 5 minutes, qnd it was delicious! Well served, and the people are well polite and courteous.

I won’t recommend this hotel for stay as the rooms are hundreds meters away without any keepers there. You can’t imagine how disappointed we were after we entered the room, looked very cheap, don’t worth the money.
In the old town is the only advantage.

Very good regional menue. For lunch on a weekend make sure to be early or have a reservation. Staff is very friendly. No menue in English available.

I’m very sorry I chose this hotel and would not recommend it!

We were in apartments 5 and 7 on Kettengasse 10, which is owned by Sudpfanne but a 6-10 minute walk away down the main shopping street from check in. We also had one room in the main building, and the three together cost over €350 total. Arrived on a cold Monday and checked in at 3.

All three rooms were accessible only by stairs. The room in the main building said it had a private bathroom, but to access it you had to leave your room and cross the hall.

The two rooms at Kettengasse 10 were freezing. It took over five hours and multiple phone calls for them to determine the heater was broken.

Meanwhile our children and elderly parents were freezing until nearly 10pm when it was fixed. While I appreciate the apologies offered, I wish I had been believed at 4pm and not told to wait until after 8pm for someone to check it in person. I also think a partial discount or some compensation should have been offered.

The windows are very cheap. The cold air and street noise come right through. This building needs new double pane windows badly.

The only positive notes I can offer are the location is amazing and the beds were comfy.
