QUALITY EATING: what can I say, we had a buffet with 3 different meats, lots of vegetables and potato gratin. For many, I was skeptical in buffet form - IT WAS GRANDIOS PERFECT! The feedback really came from every guest. Buffet in premium quality. Everything was delivered as we ordered, no changes, everything went to plan.
CONSTRUCTION BUFFET: There have been such great people who have cared so tll. Even a cook was on site until the opening of the buffet. Very nice and sympathetic person - again noted here. As a bride, I was so relaxed about the food, because I really realized everything worked out.
INVOICE: Yes, I was curious. Often you get an offer, that sounds very attractive and in the end hidden additional costs can stand on it. Not here. EVERYTHING PREPARED. I received exactly my estimate as an invoice and was able to fully calculate the costs and received the vote of confidence, invoicing after the event.
CONCLUSION: Top quality, super organization, calculation and communication. I ate from my meal 3 days after the wedding and it was excellent every day.
I wish the Catering GMO that other people have the luck to get to you. Everything has to be carefree on the day - you've made a great contribution to that.

Catering-Anlass: Hochzeit
Ich habe NICHTS auszusetzen, das vorweg. PREFEKT !!!!
ANFRAGE: Ich habe bei ca. 5 Caterer angefragt, um eine Vielfalt an Auswahl zu bekommen. Preislich lagen alle bei + - 100 Euro gleich.
Hier fande ich es besonders toll, dass mir sehr schnell sehr tolle Alternativen mit neuem Kostenvoranschlag geschickt wurden. Ich wusste also immer gleich was meine Änderung mehr oder weniger kosten wird.
BUCHUNG: eine Mail als Buchung hat völlig unkompliziert ausgereicht. Ich war auch sehr flexibel was die genaue Gästeanzahl bzw. Kleinigkeiten angeht, habe 4 Tage vor der Hochzeit noch etwas (Geschirr und Besteck) abbestellt und das war gar kein Problem.
QUALITÄT ESSEN: was soll ich sagen, wir hatten ein Buffet mit 3 verschiedenen Fleischsorten, viel Gemüse und Kartoffelgratin. Bei vielem war ich in Buffet-Form skeptisch - ES WAR GRANDIOS PERFEKT ! Die Rückmeldung kam wirklich von jedem Gast. Buffet in Premium-Qualität. Es wurde alles so geliefert, wie wir es bestellt hatten, keine Änderungen, alles nach Plan.
AUFBAU BUFFET: Es sind so tolle Mitarbeiter gewesen, die das so tll betreut haben. Sogar ein Koch war bis zum Eröffnen des Buffets vor Ort. Ganz lieber und sympathischer Mensch - nochmal hier angemerkt. Ich als Braut war so entspannt was das Essen angeht, weil ich wirklich merkte, es klappt alles.
RECHNUNG: Ja, da war ich gespannt. Oft bekommt man ein Angebot, das klingt sehr Attraktiv und zum Schluss können versteckte Mehrkosten drauf stehen. Hier nicht. ALLES WIE VORAB AUSGEMACHT. Ich habe exakt meinen Kostenvoranschlag als Rechnung erhalten und konnte wirklich komplett die Kosten einkalkulieren und habe den Vertrauensvorschuss erhalten, Rechnungstellung nach der Veranstaltung.
FAZIT: Spitzenqualität, Super Organisation, Kalkulation und Kommunikation. Ich habe von meinem Essen noch 3 Tage nach der Hochzeit gegessen und es war jeden Tag hevorragend.
Ich wünsche dem Catering GVO, dass andere Menschen das Glück haben, an euch zu geraten. An dem Tag muss einfach alles sorgenfrei verlaufen - dazu habt ihr bestens beigetragen.
