Local spot discovered randomly and they deserve a better overall rating. Friendly bar tender and service. They have been here for twelve years visibly working with local clientele. Highly recommend to stop by.

Our experience in Don Robert was very positive! It is a real Spanish tapas restaurant in the middle of Heidelberg. You can sit outside. I definitely recommend the chouriço cooked in red wine and the tortilla (one of the best I ever ate). The only little inconvenients were the poor light at night, if you go for a drink it us no problem but to eat you need a bit more light than just one candle, and the time we had to wait to order the next beer, piece of bread and even in the end the count. The staff was not passing enough times. Also foreign cards are not accepted in the restaurant, so if you don't have a German card be sure you have cash with you.

Food and service is nice, but you can only pay by cash and German EC card (?). The main problem is that they only tell this to you, when you finished your lunch and then they send you to the train station ATM. Waitresses are kind and ashamed of this, but owner is a rude guy, who does not need to work in this industry. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR TOURISTS

Yummy tapas and desserts, staff is very friendly and attentive. Price range is medium some dishes could be a bit cheaper and waiting times can be sometimes a bit long, but overall decent Taperia.

There's always amazing food.
Can really really recommend all the tapas. Believe me, I've tried them all :)

The atmosphere is relaxed and authentic, also a nice place to visit just for drinks ant the bar.

The staff is friendly and knows what it's doing
