It could have been very good experience, if the service would be a bit better (we had to ask twice to fix our shisha and bring us mundstück)

One of my friends threw up, but not because he drank too much but because he hasn’t slept for 2 days. After he did the waiters and the owners swarmed us screaming and assaulting. It got close to a fistfight for no reason. While they were screaming and cussing my friend was calmly cleaning up the floor by himself. They were about to charge us 500 euros for simply throwing up at the place. The place is run by crooks, don’t go there so that u do not fund this behaviour. Not to say the place is extremely overpriced.

The waiter was rude and took forever to serve us. The mojito was also horrible. I feel like with cavaly it depends. Sometimes it's a hit sometimes it's a miss. But they have good sheesha

Nicely located near Bizmarkplaz. Asked for a Mai Tai and it was there in about 5 minutes - about 3 groups of people were there at that time. Luckily got Happy Hour price on that, as it normally would have been a little bit on the expensive side.

In regard to the drink, I found it to be very nice, well balanced and prepared. Would come again.

- On a rather idle night, staff was more busy playing with the phones than serving the customers
- The happy hour sign was proudly standing by the entrance... but declared by staff as "not valid tonight because the sign is not street facing" (!!!)
- staff refused to remove the sign or to offer any kind of apologies. They were happy when we said we'd never come again.

Very cool spot. Offering upbeat music, great drink selections for any mood and comfortable furnishings. This place is also located in a very convenient area and is easy to find.
