Really nice hotel! Bedrooms are great for two people, the owners are very nice and helpful! Very big breakfast choice, close to the city, nice antique furniture!
I would visit again and recommend

I don't know where to start ~
We traveled from United States to Heidelberg to drop our son off for a language institute and after that he will attend Heidelberg University.
On our way from Stuttgart to Heidelberg we left our son's main luggage on the train and it was on a Friday. That bag had our child's life in it. 900 euro, 12 months of needed medication, all his documents from medical to school info. We were lost. We tried everything to get help but the language barrier was tough. My child knew some German but not enough to get us help.
After a couple days of searching for this bag through the lost and found with the train station we asked the owner, Heint, if he could help us.
He did not hesitate and said he had the right staffer, Betima, to get the job done. They got busy calling and informed us the lost and found was closed till Monday which was the next day. Then they hit it again and made sure they knew there were medication in his bag that he needed.
By Tuesday afternoon we had our bag back with EVERYTHING still in it. I have no doubt that if we wouldn't have asked the Hotel for help we would still be looking for that bag.
The wonderful people at Regina went beyond their duty and services to help us and we so appreciated it.
The Hotel stay was awesome too. The room was clean and plenty of space. Beautiful old historic building set in the center of everything you would every need. A hop and skip to the old Town with the castle, food, and stores.

Birgit, the other owner, makes the breakfast that is very delicious. There was such a variety every morning.

I can't say enough about this group of people. They took a bad situation and helped us enjoy the rest of our visit.
We will be back to visit and the only Hotel we will stay at will be Hotel Regina.

A small hotel close to the city centre and the main street (to the Old Town). Clean rooms and ok breakfast with cold cuts. No fried eggs and bacon... The hotel has a few parking spots and you better prebook if you’re coming by car. It’s difficult to park in the streets close to the hotel. Friendly staff.

Great Hotel very clean , staff were good nothing was to much trouble enjoyed breakfast. Did not need a car as old town not far. No lift but not a problem as only 3 floors to the top. Would stay there again if in Heidleberg.

We spent 4 days here in February of 2018. We had a very pleasant stay. Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and decent price. I was good value for money and would definitely recommend it.

Room was fine, folks friendly. Shower was unimpressive, breakfast a tad small, but sufficient.
