An ok place to stay. Clean. Felt a bit like student accommodation. Had a small kitchen which some might find useful. Shower stopped for a minute both mornings we stayed but then restarted

Best place to stay if you have a car. Hotel is at end of town midst of business area with pizzeria u0026 turkish supermarket in ground floor of same building u0026 subway next door. Parking garage is reserved for long term stay only but easy to find spots in street in evening or weekend as business close down. There is kaufland(supermarket) + a mall with cafe/takeaway places within 300m. Room was spacious with super comfy bed, sofa, wall mounted lcd tv, spacious bathroom, mini kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave + kitchen utensils (plates, pan ) + cutleries. Staff were super nice, helped me with scanning documents when requested.

Very close to Tram station 500 meters only from Super market and great restaurants downstairs. There is a Istambul grocery store just behind the hotel where you get meat, bread, RTE products.

It is soundproof In the rooms. Amenities are basic but set up for temporary living such an extended stay. The rooms are very clean and feels like home. The staff is very nice. They will make sure you are in the best care. Be sure to bring your own food and drink unless you plan to eat out. Transportation is very convenient by car or street car just down the street on foot every thing is there for any need that may arise.

Clean rooms, decent price. Location is quiet at night. Rooms are not very sound proof so you hear anything on the corridor. Might be bad for light sleepers.

Booked the hotel because the pictures showed private parking on the roof. When booking I clearly stated I needed private parking. They told me it was fine and I could park in front of a door with a camera. I specifically and clearly said I needed private parking and was, due to insurance restrictions, not allowed to park on the street. When I got there there was no private parking. Only on the street. They could not offer me anything else. They eventually said to cancel and find a hotel with private parking. Gave me a lot of stress, having to deal with this in the evening. Eventually cancelled but refused to refund me my money. So had to pay double the costs. Would not recommend this hotel, at all.
