All in all the accommodation was nice and tidy, the breakfast was very good, but the receptionist made a terrible first impression (to the extent I almost left the place immediately).
Our room was on the third floor, there is no elevator which was no problem for us, but worth mentioning in case someone arrives with a big luggage.
I liked the atmosphere of the place. The breakfast was really nicely served and abundant. The bread was even freshly baked in place.
The reception though was terrible. We had to make an adjustment, since we were one person more than we booked. The receptionist (the owner) had a terrible way of managing our request. He was not polite at all, at first he didn't offer a solution (nor did he say he doesn't have a free room) but what he did was a lot of grimaces and eye rolling. It made me utterly upset with the place. He gave me the feeling like we were not welcome at his place. In the end he offered to change our room to a bigger one but by this time I just wished he would have said there's no more free space.
I'm still thinking about giving the place three stars, but the lady in the morning was very kind, so I'll give her four.
