Surprisingly, I always had a positive experience at this place.

The food here is always fresh.
No matter how busy they are, the staff are very friendly and considerate.

It is horrible food and bad staff manner here. I bought a Dönner. The man gave me one with bread with many burn black spots. It seems like a overcooked one. When he picked it, it seems that he deliberately choose a bad one with his body covered my sight. Not to mention the meat in the Dönner was also overcooked. The price is also ridiculously high. 4.5 EURO for a Dönner? The highest price I ever seen in Germany. Absolutely not recommended!!!!!

This is a pizza and Turkish restaurant in the west side of Heidelberg. I ate twice food from this restaurant but I never ate inside. For the price I can say that the pizzas have really good quality! Of course, it is not an Italian traditional pizza but anyways there are Italian restaurants with much worse pizzas. I would recommend this restaurant if you are in a hurry and want some very good price/quality!
