Too expensive food with bland taste. Little choice of dishes. How can a plate with 3 small piece of polenta and two spoons of mediocre vegetables cost 15.90 Euro? Unbelievable that such a restaurant can exist and survive.

Went for a breakfast at opening day. Well aware there might be teething problems with any new business my daughter and I still went as it looked great. The restaurant is in an ideal location with lovely outside seating. Very nice decor and atmosphere and staff very friendly. The service is super good and the owner came to speak with us and was very friendly and open. The menu is a bit confusing as some items weren't yet on there so only when I asked did they say they also had breakfast items such as pancakes. The coffee (latte) was ok and the food very nicely presented but unfortunately what really lets it down is value for money on the food.
We found portions well too simple and small compared to the prices charged. We paid €7 for am order of pancakes which was one chickpea pancake with bits of Apple and pear with a tiny sprinkling of syrup, my daughter had to ask for extra syrup. Didn't expect the pancake made of chickpea flour as that is more for savoury dishes and definitely expected larger portion and more than one pancake. The sampling plate was extortionately expensive for serving size offered. Let's hope the serving sizes increase so customers feel they get value for money as this is otherwise a lovely little gem in the new Bahnstadt.
