Our trip to Spitsbergen with the HANSEATIC nature took place from June 17th to 27th, 2022.
Everything we were told beforehand about the ship and the trip was 100% correct. We travel quite a lot, but it was simply top class in terms of service, quality and "feeling good". The saying "Happy Crew - Happy Guests" was fully internalized there, we felt very comfortable on board. This is how traveling is fun. That was a smooth 10.0!
The equipment of the ship and cabin are just great, well thought out and visually appealing. And we have also become really smart through the many lectures on board... :-). The 9 expedition trips with the Zodiacs were perfectly organized, the captain and the crew reacted very flexibly to changing weather conditions and adjusted the course.

Alles was uns vorher über Schiff und Reise gesagt wurde, traf 100% zu. Wir reisen recht viel, aber das war vom Service, der Qualität und "Feeling good" einfach Oberklasse. Der Spruch "Happy Crew- happy Guests" wurde dort voll verinnerlicht, wir haben uns an Bord pudelwohl gefühlt. So macht reisen Spaß. Das war eine glatte 10,0 !
Auch die Ausstattung von Schiff und Kabine sind einfach super, voll durchdacht und optisch ansprechend. Und wir sind auch richtig schlau durch die vielen Vorträge an Bord geworden... :-). Die 9 Expeditionsfahrten mit den Zodiacs waren perfekt organisiert, der Kapitän und die Crew haben sehr flexibel auf sich ändernde Wetterverhältnisse reagiert und den Kurs angepasst.
Wir können Hapag Lloyd Cruises, dieses Reisebüro und insbesondere die genannte Mitarbeiterin wärmstens empfehlen.

Frau Manns-Brattke hat uns toll beraten und auch nicht die Geduld verloren bei unseren Extrawünschen und unserer Unentschlossenheit.

Auf ihre Empfehlung hin, haben wir uns für das TUI Magic Life Plimmiri (Rhodos) entschieden und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Hotel entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen.

Insbesondere das tolle Sport- und Unterhaltungsprogramm hat uns sehr gefallen. Obwohl das Hotel nahezu ausgebucht war, bekommt man durch die Weitläufigkeit der Anlage kaum etwas davon mit. Gerne wieder!
