I came across Movenpick cafe late Sunday afternoon and had a late lunch/ early dinner. The ladies looking after the tables were very friendly and efficient. The menu was diverse so anyone could find something to eat.
I highly recommend!

One of the best coffee with amazing view.
The stuff so friendly and helpful even it's crowded they served fast.

Open on Sunday. Good salads and sandwiches. Enjoyable lunch.

Fantastically tasty and service personnel was extremely friendly and polite. It's also just a few minutes walking distance from the main station in Hannover. Greatly recommend

Staff is very friendly and helpful and the lady waiter she even took her time to organise a vegan meal for me, which is great to see she’s caring about her customer.
I think her name is Maria!!!!
Anyway recommend this place...

PS: If your are not vegan, my friend ordered a schnitzel which he says is nice and is huge.

It's for sure the best cheesecake in Hanover. On the other hand it's a bit pricy. Our bill added to 20,90 and we paid 22. For me this is a lot for dessert and coffee after lunch in the city

Great place to hang out in Hannover. Nice view of the square and goings-on. Always lots of people and activity in this area.
I got a friendly server - he was more than happy to tell me about local transportation (they don't have Uber here)
Good cold beer on tap (Hasseröder)
You can sit inside on a cold day or you can go out under the umbrellas and heaters.
The waiters speak English in the menu is English friendly.
They have a great selection of ice creams, and an amazing selection of wines.
