Two stars for super friendly staff (very helpful and patient in explaining the concept to me) and very clean toilets. A third one for the really great cajun fries and the concept idea. The burger however was absolutely not my thing. Pretty tasteless, no baked bun, cold. Sorry, for that price there are many more options close by that are more to my liking.
Cant rate the milkshakes, they looked like many options and possibly good.

We stopped off at Five Guys today. I've never been there before but my son had. I loved their concept. It's a burger bar where you can choose your toppings. The chips are 100% better than burger king or Macdonald's. You put your milkshakes together and mine was one of the best I'd ever had. I loved the simpleness of the place and I loved the clean and simple toilets with heavy doors and room to move rather than tiny closets. The lady at the till was very friendly too.

Meat good, but the bread is not only too sweet, it also is too soft and just desintegrates. Got the cheeseburger all the way. The big chip portion is huge, even for two it was too much so just get the medium. Expensive for what you get.

In my opinion the food is a bit overpriced for the taste. The spicy french fries are actually very good. The burger patty could taste better.

My friend and i was going to the place because every time we passed it is full of coustumers so we decide to try it . The only one star is belong to the fries that is actually really better then others . My friend oderd complete hamburger and i oderd vegetarian sandwich . The meal is awful the gave us cold food the paties in hamburger and the stuf is cold and in my sandwich they gave us in simple burger bun fill with Vegies and that's not enough the veggies and Käse they put it directly from fridger and very very cold not a single sauce they put into our food .we don't finish our food and simply walk out from store when I saw a hair in my food . Never ever recommended.

Very good burgers, the small one with single patty was plenty for me, with side of fries. Price fairly steep.

Dirty tables, smelly food and Burgers available for about 9,00 Euros in a noisy and crowded restaurant that reminds you of a subway station. At least there has been one friendly employe. Almost 30,00 for 2 Burgers, a softdrink and a milk shake. Food ist served in paperbags which should also serve as dishes. I don't get these American concept's of food and hospitality that push back food culture and public health. There are plenty of restaurants that provide a better overall quality.
