The place is well known for supreme sushi. But take a place at the bar and enjoy the cocktails to. Ask the tender for his personal advise and just love it.

Large menu with good variety. Sushis are well made with alot of choices. Starters are also worth trying.

The freshness of the fish, the flavor was delicate and well balanced. I specially found the black truffle on the spot! It is a piece of art of the plate I see myself coming over an over. I am so grateful to have this place in Hannover. We don’t need to go far to have great sushi. I think is one of my favorite sushi restaurants in Europe.

My 4 star is because of the price of the lobster roll which was the special of the day. It was obviously delicious, but I preferred the black truffle roll and the Chairman. I was expecting a sort of similar price to the others, probably with an extra considering the lobster, but it costed €34 which I found too much of a difference in price for a roll that was not my favorite. I didn’t like to be surprised with the price on the bill. In these cases, when the price deviates so much from the rest of the menu I appreciate a separate paper to be handled with the menu detailing the special and indicating the price, so that you make an informed decision.

Other than that I believe it deserve 5 starts in flavor, presentation, quality and ambience. I didn’t try the cocktail, but my friends said it has the best cocktail bar in Hannover!

best fusion sushi you can get in Hannover. it's really expensive to get full, but it's totally worth it!
