The owner provided us with an electric radiator for the bathroom as it was relatively cold :-). There was a sloping shelf on the sink in the bathroom - you have to be careful that nothing falls down.
The silicone cracked in the shower below. Unfortunately we found e.g. No egg cups and partly uncleaned cookware! The coffee machine was moldy between the permanent filter and the broth insert, probably put in the cupboard damp by the previous guests (or cleaning lady)! :-P
PS: don't forget: the dining table legs are dangerously loose and should be replaced or repaired by a specialist!
Unfortunately, we could not address these points with the owner because our weekend was very tightly planned.
If the owner works through these shortcomings, I can already rate the apartment with 4 stars.

Netter Eigentümer! Deswegen versuche ich einen konstruktive Kritik zu Schreiben: Ganz passable Wohnung aber es ist gewöhnungsbedürftig wenn man aus der Dusche oder dem Bett steigt und steht auf dem kalten Boden.... :-(

Der Eigentümer hat uns, da es relativ kalt war fürs Badezimmer einen elektrischen Heizkörper zur Verfügung gestellt :-). Es gab im Badezimmer eine schräg montierte Ablage am Waschbecken - da muss man aufpassen, dass Nichts herunterfällt.
In der Dusche unten ist das Silikon gerissen. Leider fanden wir in der Küche z.B. Keine Eierbecher und teilweise ungereinigtes Kochgeschirr! Die Kaffeemaschine war zwischen Dauerfilter und Brüheinsatz verschimmelt, wahrscheinlich vom vorherigen Gästen (oder Putzfrau) feucht in den Hängeschrank gestellt! :-P
PS: nicht zu vergessen: die Stuhlbeine Essgruppe sind gefährlich lose und sollten ersetzt werden oder vom Fachmann repariert!
Leider konnten wir diese Punkte nicht beim Eigentümer ansprechen, da unser Wochenende sehr eng verplant war.
Wenn der Eigentümer diese Mängel abarbeitet, kann ich die Wohnung schon mit 4 Sternen bewerten.
