This hotel is one of my favorite in the world. The staff treats guests like family, the breakfast is fantastic, and the lounge (and staff!) is the best. The hotel itself is in a converted factory and is architecturally very cool! I highly highly recommend you stay here when in Hannover!! I have been here every year for the last 7 years (except for 2) and I will continue to stay here during a particular convention even though the convention is 20 minutes away! Volker in the lounge is the best!

Good location. Some rooms are good and spacious and other are tight with internal stairs ghat could be very dangerous for kids or elderly

A bit dated hotel, interior looks like it was last updated in the 1990s. Rooms were clean . Not the best in the Marriott chain

Very rude stuff rooms are very disgusting and dirty. Even the receptionist is rude and dirty. If you looking for nice hotel dont book this hotel

Quite decent hotel with well equipped, spacious and nice rooms. However, the interior design of the corridors make them feel rather unpleasant - like in a rather cheap hostel. What's more, during autumn 2021 there is was no restaurant in operation in the evening. In effect, you cannot order any hotel food into your room in the evening and you have to rely on outside food delivery services.

Martin and Henning at the front desk both provided continuously and effortlessly a superb service excellence throughout my stay. Thank you for a job well done! The room and public areas are very clean, in great shape and very well air conditioned. The wireless internet worked fast and it was easy to use. The mattress and pillows very comfortable, the black out curtains fully darkened the room, the selection of amenities provided in the bathroom was great. Thank you to the whole team who made my stay so perfect.
