I would also have picked up the set in the store so that shipping would not have been necessary, I have offered this several times, but was rejected each time.

Seit einem Jahr versuche ich an ein Schraubenset für meinen Schreibtisch zu komme. Bisher wurden mir 4 mal die falschen geschickt, seit Mai meldet sich leider niemand mehr bei mir. 1. Habe ich mehrfach Fotos von den benötigen Schrauben geschickt, diese waren jedesmal nicht dabei (es handelte sich jedesmal um das gleiche Set, das anscheinend für die NEUE Variante des Tisches, nicht aber für die Version davor benutzt wird)
2. Das der Tisch nicht von Seydlitz gekauft wurde, habe ich von Anfang an offen gelegt. Es wäre Seydlitz auch möglich gewesen meine Anfrage schlicht abzulehnen, wurde es aber nicht

3. Mir zu unterstellen, dass ich nur aus Unfairness diese Kritik schreibe zeugt davon nicht wirklich kritikfähig zu sein. So beschwere ich mich darüber, dass ich seit Monaten keine Antwort bekomme, hierauf wird nicht eingegangen. Lieber wird die Existenz eines Möbelstücks hinterfragt und mir anscheinend unterstellt, dass ich seit einem Jahr hinter Schrauben her bin, die ich nicht benötige?
