We drove from England to Hannover in one day u0026 were tired on arrival. But from the doorman who guided us to parking, to the bell boy who took our luggage to our room, to Jasmin the manager who checked us in, we had a lovely stay. Great location u0026 nice recommendation for Italian dinner across the road. We were just passing through u0026 instantly regretted not being able to enjoy the nicely-appointed room u0026 amenities u0026 the chic local neighborhood. Definitely returning here when we come to Hannover again ! Thank you to the warm welcoming and accomplished staff :)

Fantastic location within easy walking distance from the shopping district and the Maschsee. Rooms have been refurbished (but with floor carpet all the way…not my favourite!), although some of the common areas (such as hallways) feel a bit outdated (also there are bathtubs instead of showers in the rooms). Friendly staff and free bikes to tour around the city. Parking is affordable (15 euros), but breakfast, to the contrary, feels expensive (25 euros). In any case, I would not hesitate to stay here again, and would repeat if in Hanover the next time!

First time in Hannover but already my favorite hotel in town. Classic hotel with high level classic services. Nice area with good restaurants.

Ok but nothing extraordinary. Small rooms with single beds and only one lift for the entire hotel. Standard amenities. Noisy of you leave the window open. Good quality breakfast and excellent location, but otherwise overrated.

5 stars it's not. Maybe it used to be in the 80s or something. But its clean and nice and welcoming. Well located in the center. The staff is mostly nice. Not all though.
