Great Location, close to everything in town. Nice and clean rooms.
Self check in is a good option.

very clean, lovely and detailed decoration, easy and uncomplicated check-in. Very comfortable beds. Only thing I wished different was a slightly bigger room , especially for two people with a suitcase each space is short.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the manager of this hotel. It started as a miscommunication, due to which, we were not granted access to our room, despite having all covid-related documents ready. Perhaps, there was a language barrier and we did not understand each other properly. This can happen… I was not too angry about that. Afterward, I contacted the hotel, to kindly ask for a partial money refund. I did not expect much, Covid times are chaotic… I just wanted them to say we are very sorry that this happened and I expected normal polite communication and understanding. Instead, a manager responded to me in a very condescending unpleasant tone and even accused me of lying. That surprised me a lot so I repeated my initial demands in a friendly but assertive tone. Her reactions were just the same - arrogant with a total disregard for anything I had to say. This situation got me frustrated so I told her that I will give them a negative review online. She responded by dropping me an unsigned email, in which she told me, that if I write a public review, she will sue me. That she knows precisely, how to sue people because she has a legal education. She also wrote that if I leave an anonymous review, she will track me down because she knows how to track people down, even if they hide their I.P. addresses. This struck me as something completely out of normal business communication. I decided to share my experience with you because this is certainly not how hotel management should react to a client.

Really simpel but fine and clean :)
Good location and nice to stay for sightseeing.

Decent, clean hotel. No reception but wasn’t a problem for us, just has a lock box for the key.

Very nice hotel and very clean. In a very good area, in the centre of the city.

Clean and correct, with helpful staff. I was here during the Hannover Fair so the price was higher, but I'm sure the prices are ok during the year
