Two weeks ago we went with international guests for an evening out, to our unpleasant surprise this restaurant changed its habit during Corona completely. Our group split into four, who wanted to try the special Greek menue, while the others decided on something for their special needs (vegan, vegetarian). Yet when we tried to order, we got refused the special Greek menue, as it was mandatory for all guests around the table. So we offered to move the two connected tables apart to serve the purpose. This got refused again, with a lesson on Corona-enforced distance of at least 1,5 m - what would have interrupted any conversation. By the last attempt of one of our guests to convince the waiter, we all were taught a lesson on how the menue price was calculated, and how the guests always try to cheat by slipping parts of the menue across to the other, not paying guests. This was the most rude service I ever experienced in any country! As half of the order was already taken, we.didn’t leave immediately (as we should have), but survived the evenings neglectful service and overpriced food.
I cannot recommend this restaurant any more, it’s a shame to hospitality, and to Greek food, too.
