On Thursday 20th June, i took a small group of 7 on the 6-Way guided tour of Hannover. This was the third year that I have used this company. The tour guide spoke good English and was extremely well informed about the city and its sights. He was also very amusing. The pace of the tour was excellent, allowing plenty of stops for photos and explanations. The back up team were also extremely helpful and ensured that we travelled safely at all times. when i next run a conference in Hannover I will definitely book with 6 Way again- and excellent experience. Leider mussten wir kurzfristig, wegen Krankheit, unsere Teilnahme an einer Tour absagen. Über den telefonischen Kundenservice wurde uns gut und unkompliziert geholfen.

Ich kann daher die Buchung für 5,- Euro mehr, als „umbuchbare“ Tickets grundsätzlich nur empfehlen. Ich würde mir persönlich nur wünschen, dass die bei der Umbuchung fälligen 10,- Euro je Ticket deutlicher erkennbar gewesen wären. Wenn das Ticket gleich 10-15 Euro mehr kostet, hätte ich das sicherlich auch gekauft und er Preis wäre transparenter.

Den 5. Stern vergeben wir dann ggf. nach der Tour im Frühjahr 2021. Danke für das freundliche Telefonat und die Unterstützung! Ich kann jedenfalls bestätigen, dass der direkte Kontakt stets der Beste ist!
