I reserved a room with this hotel online. When I got there they said they didn't have my reservation. So I went online and canceled the hotel and they charged my card anyway and then claimed that I never notified them of the cancellation and that I was lying.
DO NOT STAY HERE! They do not conduct fair business practices and said they wouldn't refund my card even though I cancelled because they are too small and couldn't just refund the charge.
