Inexpensive, tasty, and very friendly staff. Venue is not the cleanest, hence the 4 stars. Sweet and sour veggie chicken was really tasty, with a seriously sized ratio. I'd say it's a sensible choice of cheap Asian eats in the Hannover City center. Pleasant and recommdable experience overall.

1. Taste: Mediocre, compared to other asian restaurants in Hannover. All gravy tastes the same and blunt, Same rice, same sauce, same gemuse.
2. Price: Now expensive! Increases price twice within 2 months, previously a veg box was 4.7 Euros. Price increases after Ukraine-Russia war, it became 5.5. Logical. But suddenly I noticed it again raised its price to 6. Only rice, sauce, some gemuse, not worth. Other boxes are 9! from 6 Euros. Now I'm removing this restaurant from my list.
3. Location: Only thing thats really great, at the city centre.
4. Staff: friendly, well-behaved, and quick to delivery.

Visited Hannover and ate here a couple of times. Food was ok. Third time there was a horrible experience. Extremely rude attendant. Equally rude and unfriendly supervisor. Not customer-friendly especially if you're a visitor speaking English to them. Having visited several countries where English was not the language and fared well, I will tag this as one of the worst experiences of my entire life - had to leave the food there even after I had paid.

Mai mai is my absolute favourite go to place. The service is very fast the workers are really kind and the food is awesome. Besides the big variety of food the portion size is perfect and the restaurant location is in the centre of the city so it's easy accessible for everyone.
