Four days a week, Jürgen and Suki give excellent Muay Thai training, in which everyone reaches their limits. On Wednesdays there is a 1A boxing unit with Bundesliga boxer Jakob. All with the perfect mix of fun and drive. So far I've exhausted the gym completely but left with a big smile!

Ich bin vor 3 Jahren zum Probetraining hergekommen und habe seitdem keine Woche mehr verpassen wollen. Es macht einfach süchtig hier zu trainieren. Vier Tage die Woche geben Jürgen und Suki ein herrvorrangendes Muay Thai Training, bei dem jeder an seine Grenzen gerät. Mittwochs gibts dann noch eine 1A Boxeinheit mit Bundesligaboxer Jakob. Alles mit der perfekten Mischung aus Spaß und Antrieb. Ich habe das Gym bisher jedes Mal komplett ausgepowert aber mit einem breiten Lächeln verlassen!
