Ich war diese Woche 2 mal mit meiner Tochter beim Probetraining. Das Studio ist sehr gross ,es ist toll eingerichtet. Man wird sofort freundlich begrüßt und beraten . Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Kurse sind Klasse ,da wird was geboten :) Sauberkeit der Räumlichkeiten 1a . Ich war total begeistert und meine Tochter erst recht . Wir haben uns dann nach dem Probetraining sofort für eine Mitgliedschaft entschieden und sind sehr happy darüber.Man hat halt sofort das Gefühl das man dort gut aufgehoben ist und das wichtigste das die Trainer einen auch wirklich gut ausbilden bzw trainieren. Es ist halt kein pillepalle Training sondern auch bei den Kids geht es richtig zur Sache sie werden sehr gut trainiert und genau sowas haben wir gesucht und gefunden ????100% empfehlenswert ????

Selbst das eigene Personal rät einem hier, lieber zum Konkurrenten die Straße runter zu gehen (Fight- school)

CrossFit Kurse sehr lieblos gestaltet (finden zumindest regelmäßig statt)

Meistens unhöflich, desinteressiertes Personal welches lediglich dafür da ist am Tresen zu stehen und Schlüssel herauszugeben. (Personal ist überaus freundlich beim Verträge abschließend, da sie anteilig Provision erhalten). Wenn man jedoch fragt ob man einen Proteinriegel mit Karte zahlen darf werden aussagen getätigt wie „ausnahmsweise“ aber das nächste mal bar (Schelm wer hier Böses denkt)! Mensch, vielen Dank, dass ich mein Geld hier lassen darf, ich fühle mich geehrt!

Preise und Verträge sehr undurchsichtig (Immer 2x hinschauen!) für fast alles wird hier extra berechnet! ( Wasser, Körperfettwaage, Betreuungspauschale (was auch immer das ist) , Fitnesscheck (150 Euro für BMI messen und das mir jemand nach ein paar weiteren Untersuchungen sagt, dass ich an CrossFit Kursen teilnehmen darf)

Zusammenfassung:

Es lässt sich leider nicht mehr viel vom Kenpokan von früher erkennen. Man hat das Gefühl, der Laden + Personal haben ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich und es wird Zeit, dass in dem Gebäude ein Platz für etwas besseres frei wird.

Ich bezahle seit nunmehr fünf Monaten 20 Euro PRO WOCHE Mitgliederbeiträge, obwohl ich wegen Erwerbslosigkeit und Lockdown um Minderung gebeten habe bis die Studios wieder öffnen.

Für Kenpokan gibt es meiner Meinung nach 3 Sterne.
Super kompetente Trainer, sehr sauberes Studio und die Räumlichkeiten sind einfach Top!
Die Leute sind sehr nett/ auch im Büro :)
In den Punkten kann man Kenpokan nur Loben.
Leider habe ich aber nicht nur positive sondern auch negative Punkte.
1. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis fast 70 Euro im Monat finde ich schon ziemlich heftig.
2. bei der Anmeldung Damit preisen das man alles wieder abbuchen kann wenn man das möchte aber dann geht das dies doch nicht weil man dafür ja einen komplett neuen Vertrag abschließen müsste... ich meine wenn ich es zeitlich/ aus anderen Gründen nicht mehr schaffe das zu machen wird man wohl den Teil den man nicht mehr schafft abbuchen dürfen..ziemlich dreist und leider Abzocke.
Da würde ich so leid es mir tut den anderen raten darauf zu achten was man bucht.

falls du überlegst dich bei kenpokan anzumelden solltest du vielleicht vorher folgendes lesen.

Letztes Jahr habe ich mich bei Kenpokan angemeldet da die Kurse/Trainer wirklich gut sind und die weiteren Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, sowie die Möglichkeit zu trainieren gegeben sind..
Aufgrund der beschriebenen Gegebenheiten habe ich mich angemeldet. Leider habe ich später festgestellt, dass ich nicht alle Pakete hätte buchen sollen, da ich von meinem Job aus einige Pakete für einen sparpreis sowieso nutzen könnte. Dies wurde mir auf Nachfrage nicht erstattet, was bei 80€ im Monat sehr schade, aber noch verständlich ist.

Jedoch bin ich nun seit ca. 3 Monaten verletzt und es ist auch keine Besserung, trotz einiger Arzt Besuche in Sicht. Kenpokan lässt mich ohne Attest eines Arztes nicht aus dem Vertrag austreten, also habe ich mir dieses ausstellen lassen. Ohne Rücksprache mit mit mir zu halten hat Kenpokan
entschieden für 3 Monate den Vertrag zu pausieren und diese hinten ran zu hängen.

Wer body mind und spirit in seinem Slogan stehen hat, sollte seine Kunden ernst nehmen und nicht in einer belastenden Situation gegen sie arbeiten.
Denn selbst wenn meine Verletzung plötzlich heilen sollte oder eine OP beschlossen wird, kann sich der Start in der aktuellen Situation länger als 3 Monate ziehen.
