Ok hotel for a night. Reasonably priced. Clean enough. Tiny room, but okay if you only want to sleep. The noise from the hallway is rather loud.

Incredibly rude staff: I contacted him for a friend who had booked a room there for a whole week (in Hannover for work), who was arriving by plane from abroad. We had noticed that one was supposed to check in before 10 p.m. so I called to inform the owner that my friend's flight was arriving at 10 p.m. at the airport, so if it was possible to check in after that. He was incredibly upset, right from the start, amazed that one could ask such a thing from a hotel. He did, however, reluctantly agree to wait an hour beyond 10p.m.. Unfortunately, my friend's flight was delayed, so I called to inform the owner that the client might be another 30 minutes later, due to the delay. That was too much, the owner would not have it, he declared he was leaving at 11p.m. sharp and that was that.
Of course I tried to beg, worried that my friend would stand in the middle of a small, sleepy town in the middle of the night without a place to sleep, but the owner would have none of it. He was incredibly rude and continued to be offended by the suggestion that he might do anything remotely out of his way to help a client.
Luckily my friend found another place to stay, at 11p.m., thanks to our wonderful world of the internet :D :D
I just hope this guy does not get any more business - I cannot imagine that it would be pleasant to stay in a location managed by such an individual. Seek and ye shall find, anything must be better than this!

No hot water. Had to take a cold shower.
A single-bed room the size of a shoe-box.

Expensive small room. Not clean. Bad ventilation. Bad noice isolation from coridor. Noicy street.

Small, simple hotel, good if you go just to sleep.
