Leider mussten wir eine sehr negative Erfahrung mit Hans G. Bock machen. Wir hatten telefonisch angefragt, ob man uns ein Alternativangebot machen könnte. Nach klarer „Bejahung“ haben wir uns für letzten Samstag verabredet. Wir sind dann alle Aspekte des Angebotes am Samstag durchgegangen mit der Zusage, uns schnell ein Alternativangebot zuzusenden. Anstelle eines Angebotes kam aber nur ein lapidarer 2-Zeiler, dass man nun doch kein Alternativangebot geben möchte. Auf telefonische Rückfrage gab es leider nur den Verweis auf „Entscheidung durch Geschäftsleitung“. Bei Hans G.Bock können offensichtlich die Angestellten nur nach Rücksprache mit der Geschäftsleitung tätig werden und letztere scheint Kundenzufriedenheit komplett egal zu sein. Wir können daher von einem Besuch dieses Geschäftes nur abraten, da getroffene Zusagen hier keinen Bestand haben.
