Great place. The rooms are nice and cozy, and the overall atmosphere truly makes you feel at home.

The staff is kind and competent. 24/7 reception helps for late arrivals and early leavers. If you need a good accommodation close to Hannover train station, that's the place.
It's only 8minutes away, and in nice, clean, safe neighborhood. You can walk there in the middle of the night. It's also about 10-15minutes from the city centre, so you can easily enjoy the nightlife and walk back to the hotel.

Breakfast buffet is good and varied. There are plenty of choices, and also hot options (eggs, bacon).

The room was comfortable, with plenty of electrical sockets and two USBs. Comfortable bed and fluffy duvet.
There are plenty of little extras that you won't find in a lot of hotels, and that add here to the atmosphere. Books in your room. Free umbrella. Plenty of toiletries. You can forget almost everything;) Chocolate, plate and knife. Electric kettle. Hot water bottle :) Piano in the lobby.

Very nice place with kind service, well-equipped and home-like rooms, copious breakfast. Unfortunately parking possibility only on the street, but there is Parkhouse in the near. Altogether this place gives you a pleasant stay.

Wonderful hotel: fast and helpful service, clean rooms, very friendly reception. Breakfast time is very convenient (6-10). Thank you for making our stay very comfortable!

Reception was very unpleasant, instead of welcoming us it was about corona and we experienced stress among the staff. We also forgot some things from our baby in the hotel, the staff pretends these things are not present. Very unfortunate and unpleasant.

It is a lovely place! Very friendly staff and good breakfast. All facilities very clean. Lots of free services included, like tee, coffee or hot chocolate in the rooms, spare umbrella if you happened to forget yours, shoes cleaning machine, ect...
- We had 2 single mattresses fitted into the double bed. Isn't it ridiculous?

The best hotel!!! We stayed in alot of hotels in different continents. This little one surprised us. Staff is very helpfull and friendly. Free parking. Clean and homey rooms.
