5 stars for everything. In spite of the fact that this is a really exclusive looking hotel the staff is really personal and give you a feeling of a small family hotel where everyone is like a friend. The rooms are wow and the shower is a whole new experience. I would love to give more stars but five is the max. Thank you for the great experience. I will definitely recommend this hotel and return when I can.

Nice place and stuff. The hotel is located in the city center. There is train station across the hotel. The room was cold and I asked for extra blanket. Other than that shower with music was cool ????????????

Very nice hotel in a nearly perfectly centered location. Across the street from the Hbf and short walk away from the light rail station. Very high ceilings in the room. Breakfast was terrific. Would be nice to have an iron in the room.

In front of main gate Hanover station,
Affordable price , perfectable room size and interior was designed overexceed the 5stars big franchise hotels.

This is a great hotel, on all levels. First of all, it has an old-fashioned grandeur about it, which I personally like. They are currently renovating but I stayed in the not yet renovated part, which I found to be charming and in exceptional good condition.
Service at desk and breakfast is friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet is very rich. Location is top, as central as it gets.
All in all, highly recommended.

I really loved this hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were very clean and if you ask the receptionist, she will give you a map to go around Hanover. After a long trip, when I entered the room, it brought a smile on my face and the soft bed gave me a good sleep so as to carry on for my next day. The morning buffet were good too.
