Worst Gym I ever had, they are not friendly, they do not answer emails or have a good quality customer service.
They event took money from me during the quarantine and never responded about it. As I canceled the contract by phone they said I would receive the confirmation later. Never received any confirmation nor confirmation and afterwards they prolonged the contract for one year more even with the cancelation. I would never recommend such a company like this, desperate for money but not for customer care.

First people working there thay dont know how thay can handle the coustmer thay dont even knows the role and regulations thay are handling coustmers without mask and if someone ask about rule and regulations thay give Answer you can cancel your contract so better future fitness officials control them and tell them how thay can talk with someone on fitness future coustmer

Sehr gut und so viel Spaß. Die Leute wer Arbeit ist auch sehr gut
Its really good . I liked and I want to be in this fitness all the day but I don't have time.
The people who work there also nice and good.
