I am utterly disappointed in their irresponsible behvaiour. I placed an order on 31st December'21 and made the payment by card. Apparently, the store was closed on that specific day. However their online order system was open and they deduct money from my account for my order. At the end, I didn’t received my order since the store was closed and they never refund my money even though I contacted them regarding this multiple times.

I would not recommend this specific branch.

Verstehe nicht wie man sowas seinen Kunden anbieten kann? Würdet ihr sowas essen?? Lächerlich! Nie wieder bestellen wir dort!
Und eine arme Fahrerin zu schicken die nichtmal richtig deutsch spricht um das neue cinnamon bread zu liefern was nicht viel besser aussah ist einfach nur peinlich und anscheinend beabsichtigt!

Die Qualität hat in der den letzten Monaten kontinuierlich abgenommen. Mittlerweile werden Speisen ausgeliefert, die nicht im entferntesten an eine Pizza erinnern (siehe Foto). Seitens der Geschäftsleitung hat man sich einmal bemüht und versucht durch einen Gutschein die miserable Qualität zu relativieren aber dies gelang tatsächlich nur bei einer Lieferung. Die nächste Lieferung war wieder eher eine Schleudersuppe aber keine Pizza. Auf diese Beschwerde hat dann niemand mehr reagiert. Der Mitarbeiter Vorort wirkt der Aufgabe überhaupt nicht gewachsen und hat keine Ahnung von dem was er macht. Bestelle ich eine Pizza mit Souce Hollondaise anstatt Tomatensouce, bekomme ich eine Pizza mit Tomatensouce und double Souce Hollondaise on top. Und schon ist die Pizza wieder abgesoffen. Zudem war die Pizza immer öfter ungenießbar, weil sie extrem versalzen und verpfeffert war. Ich war schon Kunde bei Joeys und bestelle nun nach vielen Jahren nicht bei bei Dominos.
