ich trainiere jetzt seit Anfang April dort und was soll ich sagen? Die Ergebnisse sprechen für sich!
Habe schon knapp über 10 Kg abgespeckt, nebenbei Muskeln aufgebaut und bin jetzt bereit für die Strandbadsaison ;).
Ideal, um sich nach der Arbeit kurz auszupowern und dank festen Terminen keine unnötige Wartezeit wie in anderen Fitnesscentern. Außerdem ist man unter sich mit den Trainern, die so viel besser an den Problemzonen arbeiten können und es herrschte bei jedem Kollegen durch die Bank weg immer eine sehr angenehme Trainingsatmossphäre. Der neue Inhaber hat mit seiner langjährigen Erfahrung auch nochmal frischen Wind in das Team gebracht. Seitdem merkt man, dass die Trainingseinheiten noch intensiver und abwechslungsreicher gestaltet werden. Es wird sich auch die Zeit genommen, für den jeden Muskel die perfekte Einstellung zu finden. Hier stehen die individuellen Bedürfnisse noch im Vordergrund.

Super Lage, freundliches Team, sehr professionelle Anleitung, die ich bisher so in keinem anderen Studio erleben durfte. Modernes und kabelloses EMS System, welches mir super gefallen hat.
Duschmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden, was auch nicht selbstverständlich ist für ein EMS Studio. Training maximal zu zweit, was ich als super erachte. Echtes Personal Training Feeling gibts hier zu einem fairen Preis.

Eine der besten Investitionen meines Lebens. Bin seit 2018 dabei, 2x die Woche Krafttraining. Früher aufgrund von Spondylolisthesis Grad I sehr starke Rückenschmerzen gehabt, seit dem ich bei fitbox bin sind die Rückenschmerzen ganz weg. Und durch das Training habe ich auch ordentlich Muskelmasse aufgebaut (vor allem Oberkörper). Das fitbox-Team ist sehr nett, ich mag dort jeden Trainer / Trainerin. Ich fühle mich bei fitbox sehr gut aufgehoben und freue mich bei jedem Besuch.

Bin jetzt ca. ein halbes Jahr bei den Jungs u0026 Mädels von der Fitbox in Hannover. Das Training ist echt super und man fühlt sich auch noch 2 Tage danach einfach gut :) Das Team dort ist super nett und man kann sich immer an sie wenden, wenn man irgendwelche Fragen hat. Ich werde meinen Vertrag auf jeden Fall verlängern und freue mich schon wieder auf die nächste Trainingseinheit morgen!
