I usually never give reviews but I feel Like I have to on this one. I do not recommend this company at all, unfortunately they only give houses to people they like and have obvious favorites which is really petty and unprofseional from their side they also have some very rude employee, never asking anything from this company ever again and I don’t recommend you either.

Kann die extrem negativen Bewertungen absolut nicht nachvollziehen! Ich habe als Mieterin währenddessen sowie im nachhinein ausschließlich gute Erfahrungen mit der BAUM Gruppe gemacht. Es gab immer einen erreichbaren Ansprechpartner und alle notwendigen Arbeiten an der Wohnung wurden fix erledigt (hatte z.B. einen Wasserschaden wegen eines Nachbarn, welcher schnellstmöglich behoben wurde). Beim Auszug hatte ich meine Kaution nach einem Tag nach Schlüsselübergabe schon auf dem Konto gehabt und selbst 3 Jahre später wurde mir ohne irgendwelche Umwege auf kurze Nachfrage eine Mieterbescheinigung ausgehändigt. Traumvermieter aus meiner Sicht!
