A big cylindrical picture of a rainforest with piped music and twittering birds, like a walk-in YouTube relaxation video. There’s a viewing tower, which you might as well go up and down for some exercise. The lighting effects are more psychedelic than naturalistic. There are some bean bags to lie on, but bear in mind the people holding out their smartphones 15 m above your upturned face.

Nice, but clearly not worth the entry fee.

Know what this is to avoid disappointment: it's a five-story painting covering the walls of a round building. You walk up stairs in the center to viewing platforms on three different levels where you can see different things in the painting.

If this doesn't sound exciting, it's because it really isn't. You're looking at a giant painting. Basically this is an artist's rendering of a panoramic scene with maybe a hundred interesting things (people, animals, flowers, bugs) Photoshopped on top for interest.

The lighting changes from day to night and back again and the excellent sound system can make it sound like mosquitos are circling, but otherwise you just looking for new details in the picture. An accompanying film adds a much-needed back story. Definitely not a top attraction but if you're really bored or curious you might want to check it out.

Allerdings finde ich, dass die normalen Eintrittspreise für ein Panoramabild, das etwas mit Musik und Tönen unterlegt und verschieden beleuchtet wird, etwas zu hoch sind. Man ist wirklich kurzzeitig in der Dschungelwelt, und es gibt soviel zu entdecken, wenn man sich die Mühe macht, genauer hinzuschauen. Auch die Videoerklärung, wie das Ganze entstanden ist, fand ich sehr spannend, ich weiß nur nicht, ob man sich die vorher besser anhört oder nachher. Habt beides seinen Reiz. Wenn man sie sich vorher anhört, achtet man bestimmt mehr auf die erklärten Detail und ihre Entstehung, wenn man sie nachträglich anhört, kann man vorher unbeeinflußt genießen und hinterher noch mal stauen und revuepassieren lassen. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch bei schlechtem Wetter wert....natürlich auch bei gutem... ????
