Dann hatten sich in der Zwischenzeit andere vormerken lassen, das war dann wohl doch möglich, Pech für uns. Endlich war ein Kanu für uns da, hatte aber keine Schwimmwesten für Kinder. Die junge Frau schien mit ihrer Listenführung, in welchem Kanu wie viele Westen waren, vollkommen überfordert und musste mehrmals darum gebeten werden, die Kollegin hinzuzuziehen. Dieser war die Angelegenheit leider ziemlich egal. Während wir gewartet haben, wurde einem Mann der falsche Personalausweis zurück gegeben. Hier besteht auf jeden Fall großer Schulungsbedarf was Organisation, Tempo und Kundenfreundlichkeit angeht. Sehr, sehr schade bei so einer tollen Location.

Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Wir waren mit der Familie da und hatten uns sehr auf den Ausflug durch den schönen Inselpark und als Abschluss bei Willi Villa einzukehren, gefreut. Ausflug war toll, Willi Villa nicht zu empfehlen. Das Personal war uuuunglaublich langsam - und wir haben uns auf etwas mehr Zeit eingestellt - zudem auch äußerst unfreundlich und verdrehten bei fast jeder Bestellung oder Nachfragen die Augen (vielleicht der falsche Job). Leider war alles so teuer, Brezel aufgetaut und nicht durch gebacken, Kuchen aufgetaut und nicht lecker serviert. Einige Gäste kamen enttäuscht zurück und wollten das Essen neu haben oder zurück geben. Und zur Krönung ein Alsterwasser für 4,50€ aus der Flasche. Angepriesen als 0,5 im Glas, sollte ich mir eine 0,33l aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen... Wir haben storniert - und wurden dafür auch wieder sehr unhöflich angemotzt- und haben uns woanders ein Eis geholt. Leider werden wir nicht nochmals Gäste werden und werden es nicht wieder empfehlen. Vielleicht sollte es mal ein Gespräch mit dem Personal geben, da man sich wirklich abgespeist und nicht willkommen gefühlt hat. Schade
