Hotel is nice and the hotel staff very friendly. It is also very close to the S Bahn which is very convenient. Breakfast very expensive for what you get. Rooms are ok, but very warm. Opening the window did not work to cool the room down. Had a non working TV, so they tried to fix it with no success. So I had to relocate to another room.

Went here for an one night get away with my man. Choose it for it's location, price and that they allow dogs. Everything about the experience was great.

The hotel is advertised as highly sustainable, which was a huge bonus for us. The fact that it is sustainable does not subtract from the experience in any way, you still get all the amenities you'd expect from a nice hotel. The decor is woodsy/all-natural. Beds were comfy and the place was very quiet. The only complaint I have is that in the US coffee is usually included in a hotel room, but they at least had a cafe in the building.

The S bahn train is only a 5 mins walk from from hotel and it's only three stops to the main station, from which you can go anywhere you want in the city.

The park around the hotel is strange if you were expecting a forest. It has a skate park, a rope park and almost no trees. But nice for a stroll or a short run.

Would stay here again in the future.

The location is a bit complicated when coming by car (check the park facilities before going there, it is quite easy when you know) but it is an amazing hotel, clean, spacious. the evening staff was amazing and friendly. Breakfast and reception day staff needs to improve their friendliness levels and as they costed the hotel a star.

A really nice place to stay, with great environmental policies. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was spacious and clean. The was extremely comfortable. The amenities were alright, the only thing missing was coffee or tea making possibilities. The bathroom was also spacious and did not lack anything.
The breakfast was great bc with a good choice.
We had lunch and it was fantastic, the food was amazing. So I gather that the restaurant is good.
The location is also great not far from the motorway, there is a S-Bahn station about 10 mins walking distance.
There also a small shopping mall just a little further than the station.
This hotel is a great starting point for a Hamburg trip.

Very cool hotel built with ecological concerns. Not in the middle of the city but not far away either. If you like to run in the mornings it is side ny side with a very nice park and thus a a nice running route. The restaurant is also nice and the food I had there was very good. And it is slde by side with a small river. If the weather is nice enough, you can relax there after work.

3rd time staying here. Lovely Bio hotel with great rooms. Everything is fresh and tidy with comfortable rooms. Staff always friendly and the breakfast is tasty. 5 mins walk from the station.
