The check in to workout process is friendly, seamless and kind. The coach was accommodating for newbies and had a lot of energy in the room.
Here are some improvement points from my side regarding the workout (as someone who does regular HIIT/CrossFit):
- There little to no warmup, this can cause injury for those who haven’t worked out.
- The voice via the mic is muffled, you hardly understand the coach but just copy others, that should not be the point
- Little to no effort to improve the wrong posture many had during workouts because of the super fast pace
I personally like the intensity but pacing and the monitor aspect needs to be reviewed, maybe have another coach supervising
