This hotel offers top service and fantastic breakfast buffet. The staff is always very friendly, especially Frau Dege at the breakfast was exceptional attentive to all the guests. The room itself is very spacious, large bathtub which is nowadays seldom in modern hotels. The beds are very comfortable. The location is very central, you can walk to many sightseeing places by feet. This hotel is also pet-friendly. They provide a bed, food and bags for our dog. We unfortunately didn’t have time to go swimming or try their Spa facilities. We will definitely book this hotel when ee visit Hamburg again.

I'm surprised by the lack of English speaking staff at the information, considering we are in 2022 but nice rooms, lovely buffet (where the waiters also unfortunately couldn't speak English). But nice hotel

I had a great experience. Everyone from reception to concierge were above par. Friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and the interior designer did a nice job.

The spa section is just amazing. The swimming pool, the jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath are well managed and easily accessible. The rooms are neat and has a designer touch. The staff is friendly and well-behaved. It has everything what you could expect from a 5 star stay.

Great little boutique hotel with a fabulous steak restaurant. They treat the beef with respect, it's quite a shrine to steak. The specialty is steak tartare and it's really really good. Lovely modern bar and the rooms are quirky and very comfortable. Very much my favourite place to stay in Hamburg!
