I got to this hotel by boat, it was really fun to enter this way..i stayed here for 1 week, i never sleept in a "city hotel" where there were so quiet in the night, it was SO nice, i woke up to the sound of birds singing in the midle of Hamburg city, incredible..
The hotel is exclusive decorated the furniture is very nice, the rooms are good, the breakfast have all you need and a bit more, the view over the river is very speciel, the big cruise and countainership passing buy was good entertainment, they also had a beach area whit sand, really cool
I always use the Gym, it has all you need.
The food was good and reasonable in price.

A nice comfortable hotel on the riverside. Great terrasse to have a beer and watch the cargo ships go by. Friendly staff. The neighborhood is really quiet, however the boat bus stops right in front of the hotel for a 20-minute « cruise » to Hamburg city center.

I have been there for two nights. The room was nice and very clean. Breakfast was excellent even though not so rich on the sweet side, and overpriced. The gym is small and with only one tool per type.
Wi-Fi was disappointing: I have been given one token for a single device and with a data volume limit, which my PC quickly burned out to download some updates. After that, no more connectivity. Finally, the position is quite unconvenient at nearly 1 hour from the city center.

Spacious rooms. Great views of the Elbe on one side of the hotel. Friendly staff with good English language skills. Good access to local Public Transport with Ferry terminal at the hotel. Good variety u0026 quality of Breakfast options. Dinner menu is good quality but a little pricey.

Great location and comfortable hotel. My only criticism would be that customer services as a whole could be more forth coming. Any 'extras' like a kettle in the room or the availability of a cheaper continental breakfast are only obtained when you actually ask for it - it is certainly not advertised.

Overall a very comfortable and well run hotel.

Great location if you're happy with your stay being a bit far away from the main city. The ferry rides are enjoyable and run till late so wasn't an issue. Breakfast overpriced and not in line with hotels from the same category.

Very nice and handy way of staying close to the Airbus plant. Shuttle service to Finkenwerder airport. Rooms are large and comfy. Dinner choice is limited and a bit long to be served.
If the weather is good, take a 20-minute to walk to the Airbus main gate.
