What a great find this place turned out to be. A clean, large (even by North American standards), modern room in which everything worked (something not always guaranteed in older central Euro cities) especially the awesome push-button shower. ;-) The staff were fantastic -- helpful and friendly. Location is right in the thick of where you'll want to be if visiting this vibrant, fascinating, historic city. For easy eats, consider the nearby Portugese Quarter.

Great interior design. Very thoughtfully planned rooms with everything you might need, even for a slightly longer stay. Very nice staff. Good accessibility and support for wheelchair users.

4 star hotel with 5 star rooms. Lavish rooms, lange, impeccably clean and all expensive materials used. When you enter your room you're welcomed with some soft classical music to get you in the mood. Located in a nice area in Hamburg.

very friendly staff. rooms clean and well presented. David Lloyd fitness pool, sauna etc is also excellent.

Location as a place to meet up for business or as a basis for seeing the city could not be better in Hamburg. (Private parking and EV chargers make visiting easy)
Staff are very professional and attentive. Rooms bright and spacious. (Rituals as the hotel soap brand when I was there).
Bar had a good range of drinks and good service with a nice outdoor area. Breakfast and dinner were both very good and the business lunch was excellent value. I would recommend this hotel for any purpose of it is in budget.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was friendly and when we first went in to our room classical music came on and we loved that!! The room was so clean and the AC worked perfectly. The toddler was very excited about her rubber ducky, Max. The restaurant serves amazing and delicious food and the bar has great drinks! The location is also perfect for the harbor or for a quick hop on the public transportation. We will definitely recommend this place to everyone and stay here if we go to Hamburg again!!
