The decoration in this place is just so nice. It has a kind of timeless look. They have many clocks and old looking lamps around, all antiques. It’s great to have a drink very near the harbour.
I would recommend to visit, however, bear in mind that in this place smoking is allowed inside and most people would smoke while drinking. It often smells a bit too strong to tabaco. Don’t stay too long of you don’t want your cloths to get the smell impregnated.

Brilliant pub, great beer, lots of smoke and clocks. Old crone behind the bar serving. What's not to like!!!

Pop for en cheap and authentic beer in a quiet area of Hamburg. We had a few on the tables outside. Smoking is allowed inside. Cheers.
