Not the most impressive theatre I've come across in Europe, but worth a visit. I would definitely recommend to visit, especially due to its close proximity to fountains which is also picturesque, especially at night.

Had a fantastic evening. Great show, friendly people, easy to find... just as they promise on the website. Long-legged people may find the leg-room a tiny bit small

They have comfortable seating and great shows. The Thalia is one of the most famous and most visible Theatres in Hamburg. I recently watched Moby Dick performed there, and found it spectacular.

They even have a separate wheelchair entrance, I noticed a few days ago

Saw Das achte Leben für Brilke last night. So great, despite the show being 5 hours long (with one break). The actors were so good, and I was almost completely sucked in to the story for the whole time. The only thing was I sometimes found the sound mix a bit too loud.

Please go. Any production will be wildly experiential and crazy but of the highest standard. Around the corner you will find a marvelous little French Bistro serving pre and post theatre meals.

This theater is especially interesting for those familiar with the German language. I saw a.performance of Moby Dick by Melville, but in German. It was awesome!
