Professional service for Passport picture shooting, no need to make the reservation. It only took me around 20 minutes there to take the photos and get the printed one. They took 2 pictures for this service, one is profile picture for official application document, another one can be applied to CV/Resume. They will send the original files to your email box for future usage. I am satisfied, so I highly recommend it! :)

They helped me in English nicely. It was good. But i think they dont know their job so much. Biometric photography was retouched so high saturation close to red-yellow. Shoting light was weak from only one direction. And i said before shoting the size what i need, they said the price. (4 pic 16€) but after everything they gave only 2 pic with some explanation. I wished they had said before. And i wished fotofix size was suitable for me. It would be much much better and cheaper than this studio. I wouldn’t recommend, and prefer again.

I enjoyed my Shooting a lot. The Fotos were nice, but the focus was too much were i didnt wannt it. i said i wanned full bodypics and there were some but mostly they went into details, so that was a bit disappointing when i finally saw the pics.

Nevertheless they are very helpful and friendly and i enjoyed the atmosphere, the drinks, how they interacted with my kid and loved the make up.

Its a shame though that they dont save the pics they make of u since 2 month later i wanned to buy them and they had deleted them. at the time i couldt afford to buy the 10 pic package and if they would not have discarded the fotos i d have had them now and they d have made a 100 euros more :) so maybe in future they can save them for 3 month? i d love that.

Customer support is also awesome. on the phone all very helpfull and the website works well.

I was quite satisfied - I went there to have biometric passport photos taken during my lunch hour. I had to wait for approxmately 10min, then the photos were taken. As far as biometric photos go, they looked really good. Be aware that Frontline acts in very standardized "upsell processes" - so they took additional portrait shots and tried to upsell them for 3€. I don't mind this - actually the photo was quite nice, so I paid 16€ for the passport pictures + 3€ for the upseel shot. If you're annoyed by these kind of standard upselling procedures, I would recommend telling the team upfront that you're only going to pay for the passport pictures and don't need any others taken.

just went in to get basic passport pictures, not too friendly. They were shooting regular portrait pictures unasked and wanted to sell them to me extra, which was a little waste of time.

They get the job done, need to wait a while though and no effort from the staff to give customers a good experience.
