The worst experience ever! Yesterday's evening I ordered 2 items of jake gel. In the online shop there is an offer take two get third for free. Hell, that is just a black marketing, as there is no info that you have two pick three items in the online shop... In the end they refused to add extra item to my order and refused to cancel it...

Just like every other Hollister store, so you know exactly what to expect. Music too loud and reeks of perfume. Okay clothes though.

My advice to UK based shoppers considering buying overseas is to wait and buy it in the UK as the Euro price is dearer. So only buy real sale bargains.
