The English menu doesn't have chicken wings, or waffle fries. They're incredible and I'm sure both would be an easily welcomed addition to the UK menu!

The place is spacious and suitable for families. You can also charge your telephone there. The only thing I didn't like is that there is no salt or pepper for the customers to take. We needed at some point and we couldn't find it. There was a big line so we couldn't do it wait there. Hence my 4 starts. However, the people working there are smile a lot and greet you ????, and there is a place to wash your hands. They really make you feel at home. Thank you.

And the staff insisted it was normal and didn't apologise at all. Google Maps can vote for 0⭐, otherwise definitely I will

Incredibly rude staff, they just don't seem to care. Arrogant way of talking to me. I feel like I have to go to the kitchen. Absolutely horrible how a franchise can go wrong in the wrong hands. Dirty. Power outlets not working. Dishonest and wrong order.

We had fries, hamburger, cheeseburger and chicken burgers.
Fries are almost cold, and without any salt and some of aren’t well cooked. In chicken burger just a few pieces of iceberg in hamburger and cheeseburger without any pickles.
Even the charging point doesn’t working

Nice place if you want the view to Rathaus while you're eating. You can order your food on the totens and get it taken to you at your table. There's also 3 hours free wifi acces for everyone. Was a bit disappointed with the chocolate milkshake, it looked and tasted like vanilla but as I tried to ask them about it a received a non friendly "that's how it is here". No apologise, no attempt to figure out if it could be improved as well. The curly fries were dry and cold and I didn't feel like getting another response like that.

Not all of the staff but a lot of them are not helpful and the hygiene of the place is really bad, they don't clean their table neither their floor all the time
