Plush Hotel, centrally located. Large comfortable room with large bathroom, Breakfast in the restaurant on the top floor was outstanding. Everything available for any diet.
It loses 1 star on service as it is currently undergoing maintenance so the bar wasn't open. When they finish before the summer I'm sure it's going to be amazing.
Ive bookmarked this for. My next visit to Hamburg.

Even though the hotel is currently undergoing renovation. The location of our room was far enough that we weren’t disturbed by the noise. The makeshift hotel reception area is on the opposite side of the entrance to your room. The restaurant is now on the 8th floor as they continue the renovation, but the hotel is centrally located that you can have a great meal at the nearby restaurants. The room is spacious, functional, minimalist decor and great soundproof. The staff is nice and accommodating.

Renovated hotel in the heart of Hamburg.

Rooms are spacious and very clean and tidy. Location is very convenient if you are planning to stay within Hamburg downtown.

A bit overpriced.

AC didn’t work properly. Rest was perfect.

Worse experience ever. Hotel is being refurbished inside out. Looks like a camping and yet they charge you full price. On the web they mention some works but nothing near what it is. Best thing was to wake up with drilling at 7:30. Sorry but this is not acceptable. Best tip: avoid this place no matter what

Great hotel with spacious recently renovated rooms. Good mattress. Great location for exploring Hamburg on foot.

Whilst under renovation it only partially lives up to its brand name. Staff is very friendly and accomodating though.
