It was a great stay and I requested to change room and there was no issue and the effort to get it do me from the Landhaus flottbek team was very kind and understanding

Only when we arrived and unfortunately we where delayed due to flight cancellations ect we had some issues but the stay was making all forgetting about it

Please make it more clear for guests that hotel and stay boarding address is different and one km away ….walking distance arriving during the night you have to keep the taxi after picking up the key at hotel to get to the Appartements

The area is good and the apartment is good BUT. Extremely noisy from the up floor (you can literally hear the morning alarm of the neighbor upstairs) extremely noisy from the bar restaurant café downstairs , the apartment smells like a kitchen, I guess all the fumes that comes from the restaurant. Wi-Fi is terrible and I could continue to list the number of annoying things in this place. Yes it is quite if you close ALL the windows! But if it's June almost and weather is wonderful then you are in trouble. I came for working business trip for 2 weeks and I'm close to move out for what it costs not worth it more than a weekend.

The apartment is just above a bakery and a wine bar/cafe that has breakfast, lunch and dinner and is open late.
Nearby is a great supermarket as well, and ealking distance to Othmarschen S1 metro line and a couple of buses on Kalkreuthweg.

Nice equipped apartments. Really great neighborhood. Good for short stay in Hamburg!

Seit unserem Aufenthalt fehlten Kleidungsstücke und Papiere.
Natürlich können wir alles verlegt haben und dürfen niemanden verdächtigen.... Ist trotzdem schon merkwürdig.
Kosten für die Unterkünfte sind zu hoch.
