This is purely based on bad service. the studio in itself is fine, but having a fitness studio membership really shouldn't be this hard. The reason that I chose sportspass was so that I could have a fitness membership with two centers, one close to work and at home. Turns out, you can only do that after 3 months of membership.. Okay, fine, inconvenient and stupid, but tolerable. Then you need an appointment to come see the place and they show you how stuff works. It was hard to find a time that fitted me, mostly they offered appointments within working hours. Working out there was fine, it was a little strange that they only had one bar for squats and bench press but they had many machines and weren't too full. Every time I came there was some confusion because I had had my own training plan and the instructor had looked at it and found it to be fine but had not put in a sportspass made one in the system. After several weeks they called (of course in the middle of working hours) and said that we had to make a proper training plan and forebode me to work out before that. Maybe I could come in Thursday at 11 am? (Again, what happened to working hours?) Also their hours are inconvenient.
